20 week ultrasound

We went yesterday for our big ultrasound. We were really excited to see our little baby and hoped to find out the gender. Well, the baby looked very healthy and was so cute. We also found out the we are having a baby GIRL! We are so happy and excited to have a daughter. I will post a picture

Sprout Foods review

I recently had the opportunity to learn more about Sprout Baby and to review their baby food.
I was sent a six pack of Organic Sprout baby food.

I tried all the varieties with my son and he loved it.His favorite was the Oatmeal with Roasted Cinnamon Applesauce. He also really enjoyed the Baked Sweet Potatoes. I tasted it too and have to admit it was yummy. I love that this baby food is made with organic ingredients. I also love that Celebrity Chef and dad (Tyler Florence)created all these yummy recipes.

Sprout Baby foods are packaged in BPA free pouches and are resealable. I find this very helpful and convenient as a mom. Sprout Baby also has a lot of other Natural baby care products, and BPA free products. I recommend my readers to visit Sprout Baby to learn more about them.

Baby Dipper review and giveaway

I was recently given the opportunity to review the Baby Dipper bowl and spoon set. I have heard some many great things about it from other blogs. It truly is a wonderful product designed by a mom. I love that it helps my son feed himself with out all the mess. The spoon fits perfectly into the unique shaped bowl . And the rubber bottom keeps the bowl from sliding around.I look forward to having this to use with the new baby in the future. I can see how one hand feeding will be very easy . I think I will be purchasing another set to have on hand for traveling also. Overall, I love the Baby Dipper!

I’m Barbara Schantz, mom of four-year-old twin girls, Greta and Cora, and also the mother of twin baby boys, Franklin and Carlton. As a stay-at-home mom of twin babies, I faced the daunting task of feeding them. Frustrated with the bowls I had already purchased, I investigated and bought other bowls, but still remained disappointed. The vision for the Baby Dipper^® bowl came to me when Cora and Greta were about 6 months old, not long after they started eating baby cereal and other pureed foods. I needed a bowl that required only one hand to successfully feed a baby, but why wasn't there one on the market that satisfied this need?
I was thinking that to accomplish one-handed feeding, the bowl should not slide around on the table and it should aid in the collection of the baby food. A non-slip bottom surface would keep it from sliding. A sloped interior surface and a spoon-shaped collection point would help gather the food down to the last bite. Also, adding to those features, vertical sides would help push food onto the spoon and transparent sides would allow the food to be seen easily by both the parent and the child. The bowl I designed has proven to make feeding much easier for parents and even for toddlers trying to spoon-feed themselves.
