I know, it's been months since I last posted anything on my poor blog.I have missed it so much, missed all my bloggy friends SO much!.Everytime I meant write about something, things just got in the way.. MY LIFE.

It's been a while

Well, that's a understatement. So many things have been going on in our lives. My husband did get his job back, which is such a blessing. We then moved and I was without internet for over a month. That really sucked! But things are getting much better for us now.

We all just played pass the flu bug around last week. I'm So glad that passed quickly. In the mean time I had a party to plan for my sweet Isabella. Cannot believe how quickly that first year just flew by. It makes me emotional to think that she won't be my baby girl forever.

We had her party on Friday night with most of our family and she had a good time. Today is her actual birthday and we all just kicked back and relaxed. She has be having a blast playing with mommy and all her new toys. Of course I had to sneak in some extra cuddle time with her before bedtime. Oh how I cherish these moments with her!

We recently decided it was time for us to get a new headboard for our king size bed. This is something I have been putting off for sometime now. I just haven't found one that fits our style and our budget. That was until I stumbled upon these wonderful upholstered headboards from CSN stores.

I never thought I would be shopping for a upholstered headboard, but I really think this one is going on my wish list.It would really complete the look I want for our bedroom. My sister -in -law took this picture of Isabella this past week and i just had to share. She's so cute as is the twitter tee!

It's hard to believe my baby girl is already 6 months old. The time does fly by when they are little. She's trying to sit up more on her own now and wants my attention every waking moment. Oh...she's also a little drama queen when she doesn't get her way!

Now I'm not complaining....I really couldn't have asked for a better baby. She is the sweetest and has a smile that always melts mommy's heart! She is truly a blessing from above.

Rockin Green detergent review & giveaway

Kim over at Rockin Green offered me the opportunity to do a review and I was all over it!
I was sent three samples of Classic rock detergent which included Smashing watermelons, Lavender mint revival , and Rage against the raspberries.

I have to say my favorite scent was Rage against the raspberries. I loved it so much I had to order a bag of it! The other scents were great too. The lavender mint revival reminded me of a spa getaway..ahh. The Smashing watermelons was just refreshing and fruity. I love that not only does Rockin Green smell yummy it's amazing at getting my cloth diapers clean!

I was starting to have some stink issues with our diapers and was using the Purex free and clear.
As soon as I got my samples I rocked a soak overnight, and I was shocked at how gross the water looked afterward. I wish I had taken some pictures, I just wasn't thinking at the time. I can honestly tell you I will never use another detergent besides Rockin Green on our diapers ever again. If you haven't tried Rockin Green yet, I highly recommend that you do. You won't regret it!

I love Overstock.com! I have been browsing their selections with my husband and creating our wish list. They have everything!

I really need a new vacuum cleaner, and I've had my eye on the Dyson vacuum cleaners for sometime. Overstock has a wide selection from head helds to uprights to chose from. This is the one I really really want! Keeping my floors clean would be a breeze with this beauty. :)

My husband really wants another laptop. Overstock has many Laptops to suit anyone's needs.While we haven't decided which one we want yet, we have it narrowed down to the HP Pavilion and the Toshiba Satellite Pro. They both look nice and are reasonably price!

Next on my wish list is a Digital camera. Overstock has such a large range (that's a good thing) , it makes it hard for someone like me to pick just one! We have been in need of a new camera for a while now. Now that the summer is here, I think it's time we get one for all those great summer photos of the kids. I have been eying this Nikon Coolpix camera... I just love the color of it !

And what fun would summer be without new Camping gear? We love to go camping in the summer and the kids have a blast! As you all know by now, I made the switch to cloth about 2 months ago. I'm having so much fun finding and trying new cloth diapers. I went on a search to find different types of cloth diapers and came up with a list the seems endless. In the process of searching I came across a WAHM Etsy shop called Twinkletoesdiapers. As soon as I saw these diapers I knew I wanted to try them!

Meet Vanessa, the WAHM behind Twinkletoes diapers, she is a mom of two beautiful daughters 3 and 1. "They are the reason I'm trying to work at home.I remember my Mom working at home and always being there for me. So I would love to be able to do that for my kids. Thankfully my husband is very supportive of my decision to try to work from home".

Vanessa was so kind to send us a diaper and a extra insert to review. She sent us the Pink Camo onesize diaper. I could not wait to get it in the mail! As soon as it arrived I took it out of the package to inspect it. I was so pleased with the quality of this diaper and I absolutely love the print! I then prepped the diaper for our first use and when it was done, I simply snapped in a insert and was ready to go. When it was time to change her diaper I unsnapped the insert , wiped out the cover and snapped the other insert in....so easy! I love that this cover can be used more than once. I think I could use this diaper for entire day , if I had more inserts. Which I have plans to purchase more very soon!

As the above picture shows, the inserts are just the right size for this diaper. The pul is very nice and soft against my baby's skin. The elastic is awesome...I seriously love it! It's very stretchy, helping us to get a better fit. It's also so soft and gentle on our baby's thighs and leaves no red marks like some other cloth diapers do. The snaps are great as well. Very durable and easy to use. This is my first snap closure diaper and I feel like it will last much longer than my other velcro diapers.

Not only does Isabella look adorable in this diaper, it works great for us. We have had no leaks with it. She has worn it to bed a few times already and had it on for 6-6 1/2 hours and she was dry when I changed her! The insert was soaked , but it had pulled all the wetness away from her skin. These diapers are just awesome!!!

Twinkletoes diapers would be a great choice for any mama looking to save money and not sacrifice great quality. The fact that the covers are reusable just adds to the amount you would be saving. You just need to have a ready supply of the snap in inserts and your all set.These diapers are also onesize, fitting an range of 10-30 lbs on average....meaning these diapers will last up until your ready to potty train. That's another reason I love them!

Fluffybuns diapers review & giveaway

I recently came across a Etsy shop called Fluffybunsdiapers that has some really cute cloth diapers! What makes Fluffybunsdiapers so unique is that these diapers are made from recycled clothing. That's right these are very eco-friendly diapers! The owner Alicia makes her cute diapers from recycled t-shirts, onesies, and sweaters.

I contacted Alicia to see if she would be interested in letting me review one of her diapers and she happily sent me not one, but two diapers two review!

The first one fits baby girl the best right now. It's made from a flower print onesie and has really cute flower snaps. This was the best picture I could get , but let me assure it's very cute! I love that I can adjust the fit with these snaps. The inserts are removable and Alicia also included a extra insert to use as a doubler. I really like these diapers and wish they were one size. I have used this diaper a few times already and did not need a cover for it. Baby girl had it on for about 2 1/2 hours with no leaks. I personally would not take her out without a cover over this diaper, but around the house it works great without one.

The second diaper is made from a cute sweater with a bunny and house on the back. It's so cute! It is also made with cute and very durable snap closures. Sadly, the fit in the legs in just a bit too big for baby girl right now.(She has pretty small legs.)I can't wait to until she can fit in this diaper though. It also has the inserts and a extra for doubling. I'm sure like with the other diaper, I will not take baby girl out in it without a cover, but I love having a few diapers that I can use mostly at home. Isn't it cute?

I think that these are very nice diapers to have for around the house or with a cover for outings. They are well made with absorbent inserts and adjustable snaps for a great fit! The can be purchased at a fair price as low as $8.75! That's a great price for a cute and well made diaper!!!

The best part is that Alicia also sent two diapers for a giveaway! They are both very cute and I'm sure whoever wins will love them!!

3 months old....

Where has the time gone? It's hard to think it has been 3 months today that our sweet baby girl was born. She has grown so much!She is laughing at us all now and trying her best to roll over. She loves to watch everyone and smiles constantly. A very happy baby indeed!

She was 10lbs 11 oz at her 2 month check up, so I can't be sure how much she weighs now. We will be going back at 4 months. I'm trying to enjoy all the precious moments with her. I know that she is probably going to be our last baby.

This is nice to use with your partner or for single people by themselves. I will not go into details, but let's just say my husband and I have had "Good Times" reviewing the Club Vibe. I love that it's small and comes with a nice little pouch to keep everything in. Several different settings allow you to find what suits you best. It's also very quite which is great for being discreet. We really like the voice recognition setting, it's fun to mix things up a bit. It does come with thongs so that you can wear the vibe on the go, but I don't think I'll be trying that feature. Overall, I have to say the Club Vibe is awesome! I would recommend it to others, it's defiantly worth the money.

Happy Earth Day!

Hope you all are having a wonderful and green Earth Day! I have been making changes lately to be a little more "green". After pondering it for sometime, I decided to give cloth diapering a try and so far it's going great. We have only been doing it part time for a few weeks , but I already feel like I'm doing a great thing for our baby and the earth. Smelly Washer Review & Giveaway

I recently had the opportunity to review a bottle of Smelly Washer. What is it? Smelly Washer is a washing machine cleaner and towel cleaner. It is formulated to remove odors and mildew from your washer and towels. It's easy to use ,all natural and each bottle does up to 24 treatments.

When I first used this to clean the washer I realized just how easy it is to use. You simply add 1 cap full of cleaner to your water filled washer. Let in agitate for 2 minutes and stop your washer. You then let in sit over night. In the morning you just run the cycle. That's it, very simple. For smelly towels you do all the same steps, except you only let the load soak for 2 hours.

I tried this cleaner for the washer and then for my towels. My washer now smells fresher and my towels just smell...well clean! A few of my towels were a little stinky from being wet and sitting in the dirty laundry pile. This cleaner worked great on them. I will be purchasing more Smelly Washer in the future that's for sure!

As I posted a couple of weeks ago , I was given the opportunity to do a review of CSN Stores. I love all the things CSN Stores offers from Toddler Beds to Cookware. They really have it all! I selected the Melissa and Doug mini bead maze to review for Isabella . She will be old enough to play soon and this toy will be perfect for her. My 2 year old son loves it and has been playing with since we received it. It is very colorful and helps build motor skills. I also love that it has four suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place. The quality of Melissa and Doug toys are amazing!

Our new addition

We welcomed Isabella Rose into the world Jan. 3oth @ 3:46 am. She weighed in at 7 lbs 8 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. She has daddy's dark hair (surprise ) and his nose. She is just so small compared to the boys(10 lb babies ) and she is so sweet. This little girl does not cry unless she is hungry. Her brother's are getting used to having her here and want to hold her all the time.She's such a happy baby and We can't wait to watch her grow up! Ok.. . I could go on and on about her...lol I'm so in love!

She is just now 2 weeks old. I can't wait to share more pictures with you all as she grows!

It feels good to be back to my blog! So much has happened in the last two weeks. We have our baby girl home now and she is doing great! I've been so tired trying to keep up with the boys and care for her, but it's getting a little easier each day. I feel so blessed to have three beautiful children and couldn't ask for more. 3 weeks to go

I can't believe I'm due in just 3 weeks! January sure is going by so quickly. I went today for another ultrasound and everything looked great. She is still a girl ( I had to be sure) and she's weighing in at 6 1/2 lbs. We expect her to be roughly 8lbs when she's born. Still that's a walk in the park compared to my 10 lb boys right? I still have much to do to be ready for her , I don't even have our hospital bag packed. Other than being so uncomfortable and tired constantly everything is going good.

My son was very excited to get this toy. It really is cool looking with the features of a gator.It seems to be very tough in our yard , although we have not had a chance to test it in the water. He has no complaints though and it's quite easy for him to control. He has played with this toy for hours and I have had to take it away few times because he doesn't want to share with his younger brother. Needless to say he really loves this toy! I was very glad I had the batteries needed on hand. It takes 2 AAA and 3 AA batteries. Something you don't want to forget if giving this toy as a gift

This toy can be purchased for $29.95 at Growing Tree Toys and in my opinion would make a great gift for any little boy. They also have a wonderful selection of other great educational toys.I would love to do some of my Christmas shopping there!

My son especially loved Pynx! This is a fun book to read with strange Dr. Suess like creatures. Very vibrant colors and it sends a great message that even though we sometimes can't understand one another to always try to get along and help each other.

Kool Kid Legs review and giveaway!

This is a great Etsy shop! Jen the owner makes these awesome leg warmers in many different sizes and designs. I was lucky enough to get to review a pair of her Kool kid legs. I chose the Black and Red pair for my boys.(pictured below)They love them! These warmers are super soft and stretchy and will fit infants up to teens. My 2 year old son wears them on his legs since he is still little and my 5 year old wears them as arm warmers. He can put these on with any short sleeved shirt and then he has a long sleeves. He calls them his "Cool sleeves".

I also love these Tutu and Kool kid legs combos! They would make a wonderful gift for any little girl.

I really want to purchase more for my kids! They love wearing them , they just don't like to share them.

Bummas review and giveaway

I have heard so many wonderful things about Bummas wipes that I just had to try them. I 'm so impressed with how well they work! These cloths are 5x7 inches and come in sets of ten cloths. They are made of 100% terry cotton and are to be used after cleaning a baby's bottom with a wipe, and before diapering. They are very soft and very absorbent, so that no baby powder is needed. Which might I add is a great thing If you like me are worried about talc in baby powder. I have also used them with my son as washcloths and they work great.

Theses wipes come in four different color sets. The boys, The girls, The calm ones and The wild ones. I got to review the Wild ones (as pictured above ) and love all the bright colors. These wipes can be washed and dried , so that you can use them again and again. I love that they don't fade, shrink or pill. I'm sure they will last through our diapering years. They would make the perfect shower gift for any new parents!

Michael Buble- Crazy Love CD Review

I was recently given the opportunity to review Michael Buble's new album. I have heard of him a few times before, but had not actually listened to his music. Boy was I in for a treat! This guy has such an awesome voice and his songs are such fun listening to. I love the old school feel to his music and the way he incorporates pop in there too. One of my favorite songs from this album is "Haven't Met You Yet". The other songs are amazing as well. Below is the album listing for Crazy Love.

As someone who deals with dry and chapped lips I was very excited when I was sent the Softlips line of lip protectants. I was sent the line of Softlips Pure and the Limited edition winter flavors.

SoftLips Pure is the line of organic lips conditioners designed with skin conditioning ingredients to help keep lips soft, supple and healthy.SoftLips Pure can be used alone or under/over lipstick as part of one's daily lip care. It should be applied liberally as needed, especially if the lips will be exposed to harsh elments, such as cold or wind. Also available in four new flavors- Peppermint, acai berry, papaya and chai tea.

I loved this line of Softlips. It feels light on my lips and conditions them just right without leaving any sticky feeling . All the flavors were great. My favorite was the acai berry flavor and my husband really liked the honeydew.

I also got to review the Limited Edition winter flavors of Softlips. These are my favorite! They come in some great flavors like sugar and spice, winter mint,sugar cookie and sugar plum berry.
I love that these lines of Softlips provided protection for my lips and didn't leave that sticky feeling that most lip balms do. My husband will even use them and that's saying alot. Softlips products are available in mass retail supermarkets and drug stores. Suggested reatil price $2.79 for one stick and $3.99 for the 2 stick value packs. That's a great value!

Certain Dri Solid Anti -Perspirant has been the leading, dermatologist-recommended product for controlling excessive underarm perspiration for more than three decades. Certain Dri Solid is specially formulated for
those with sensitive skin providing everyday, all day dryness from excessive underarm perspiration.

When to use: Should be applied sparingly at Bedtime. This allows it to work overnight.
It will not wash off after showering in the morning.

My husband has been using this and he thinks it works well. It really prevents his heavy perspiration. He only applies Certain Dri at bedtime and it really has worked all day while he is working. Unlike his other deodorants, which he sometimes has to reapply.

Overall, we think Ceratin Dri is a great product that works well. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I loved this album! The violin is so relaxing and Joshua Bell is a very talented young musician. I
love the diversity of contemporary and seasonal music. One of my favorite songs from this album is Come Again featuring Sting.

Anne the owner creates handmade cards. She has the most beautiful vintage inspired cards.

I was lucky enough to get to review one of these beautiful cards. Anne sent me the vintage girl and bird card (pictured below).It's a beautiful card! It came packaged in pretty pink tissue paper and velum. I will be holding onto this card for a special someone.
